Had this .22 rifle a while now and proving a great rifle,but having fitted silencer and scope to what i thought was a heavy rifle to begin with i am now struggling with even more weight,can a gun strap be fitted somehow to this model? any ideas or where to obtain please.

yes....you can fit a sling......but tou may have to fit the front mount to the barrel

Fit one to the barrel and one to the stock, thats how mine is set up, if you get stuck I'll put you a pic up, but its easy enough to sort out.

Better still, You could fit a sling clamp to the underlever.

Just google it mate. I had a quick look, pleas click on link or copy and paste it in to your browser. You will be able to buy a gun sling online. Be careful though as I notice the specs are based on barrel width, with the HW77 it's the underleaver part that you attach it to, not sure if this is the same diametre as the barrel? If you can't get a swivel small enough you could just buy a bigger one and just put a centimetre of rubber (bike tyre inner tube or something) wrapped round the underleaver as a filler.

 

I had an HW77 for years, great gun. If you are not using Elay Wasp pellets already I would highly recommned them as it's like night and day the difference.
