whip x grey 276 Posted June 27, 2009 Report Share Posted June 27, 2009 (edited) depends on size normally as said above 10 to 12 months but if there going to be big i,e 24 inch and above e,t,c ull find somtimes they will still have some growth in them 12 months to 15 months bro, got a pup now 2 weeks off 12 month,,,still got abit off growing yet,,think she wont be quite grown till 15 month,,,,due to her size my dogs growing done at--just to giv u a rough guide i found with my mutts my 21 1/2 inch dog----10 month, growing about done my 22 1/4 inch dog---12 month, growing about done my 25 inch dog --14 month , growing about done,,exept for he didnt to fill out till he was 18month ( i,e abit more muscele ) Edited June 27, 2009 by whip x grey Quote Link to post

I'll measure her again on Monday when she'll be eight month, but I know she's just a shade under 28" today. My last 1st cross bitch had finished growing by 11-12 months. Cheers. sandymere 8,263 Posted January 6, 2022 Report Share Posted January 6, 2022 (edited) Long bone growth plates tend to be closed by 10 to 11 months, fill out from there so may look bigger.
