its all about money and nothing else. what other reason is there to breed a young bitch. Rescue centres are at breaking point and part of the reason is exactly what you lads are doing.

back to greyhound , ive seen a 3/4 greyhound 1/4 whippet , fastest lurcher ive ever seen , with good recovery rate , the chap used to take it to the local flapping track , that thing could smoke em , and hares no problem

One thing mate, its your dog and you can do what you like with it. But as been said 18 months old is still a young bitch. And when+if you get pups, some lads might not want pup from a young bitch, when you advertise your litter for sale. OK you get your pup, and stud owner as one, you could Have Big prob shiffting the rest. Another 12 months under her belt, would make alot of differnce. My dog 1x collie grey, had a good season had over Ton rabbits. and he is 19months old. But this+next season he should be a better dog at 2 1/2 .? plenty of time mate.

how old is the dog you have put over her? IMO your doing it far to soon , but as you say its your dog? any pics of the sire? good luck.

 

also as said have you got any homes / people intrested for a pup , last thing you want is a litter of pups you can not shift , would it not be better to buy in a pup of a certain breed and then breed when shes a little older .

110% for one season dosent mean you breed from her in my book but different strokes for different folks.

Did you join just to say that How do you know anything about the members dogs? You just joined. You know most young lads with lurchers have a head on there shoulders and listen to advice but you lot give them a bad name by the way you act and treat your dogs. You think you know it all YOU KNOW NOTHING, YOU THINK YOUR DOGS 100% its easy saying that anybody can BUT ITS NOT its to young to have a litter from pal but its your dog do what you want but its also your f**k up mate.
