Heard my first one in years about five or six weeks ago.It was in some fairly isolated forestry.Have heard that the population has gone down by 60% since the 60's.

Heard one this year, normally have one calling in a large tree behind our house, but not this year, unfortunately.

There's some around where I go shooting.

Wierd looking things the way they sit and wave their tails around, they sometimes make a cackling noise as well.

They often get mobbed by the little birds and it's pretty funny to watch.
