Have you ever seen anything Scary/Ghostly/Strange while out alone at night ?

was livin on a mates farm 4 or 5 years ago, after a bit of a mooch we all went down the woods lit a fire had a few beers about 3 in the mornin my dogs get up and start walking up the track out the wood wondered what theyd picked up so followed em out walked about 20 yards got just past the vehicles. saw this light about 40 yards in front of me thinkin it was a lamp or vehicle i stopped after a couple of seconds i realised it was this star shaped round orb thing!! brighter than any lamp or light ive ever seen but it was just lighting up the immediate area,I SHIT MYSELF, once i realised what it was it darted behind a hedge, i jumped in the truck and drove up the track to the crossroads where it was but not a thing to be seen. thought how the f**k am i gonna explain this, i tried, they laughed,took the piss etc etc,thought well maybe im goin fukin mad smoked or drank to much[which had never happened before] the next day it was all over the news theyd been seen all over the county by loads of people, so some things do exist but how the fuk do you exoplain em when its only you that saw em, i feeel quite luky to have a bit of hard evidence with thisun

I used to rent a cottage next to a quarry near Alton towers, every night when we switched of the lights you could here the footsteps of a large man run from one end of the roof space to the other !! BIG FEET.

I couldn't settle in the bed as it would always stop right above our bed room, me and the wife kept passing it of for months that it was the house settling or rats or squirrels. Any how a few months down the line we had a plumber round to fix the shower and out of curiosity i opened up the roof hatch to see if there were any droppings or foot prints, not only was there no foot prints in about 1" of dust there were partition walls so nothing could run from one end to the other, it would of been impossible.

This noise only stopped when my best mate died and i shouted out one night for him to sort it out, it never happened again!!!!

dont know this applys here,anyway out one nite with mate he dead since.climbed this gate 2 lurchers just froze would not move mate ssaid light up field,couldnt believe my eyes.we were in a quarry 3 feet more drop of 30 feet.we fed those lurchers well after that.

Several years ago I was on a hunting trip north of the border and after a hard day I deceided to roll out my sleeping bag and and get into my tent, at 4am I woke with the strange feeling that something was outside my tent, after a while I heard a rasping breathing outside the tent and then a dark shadow fomred near the back of the tent and slowly walked round towards the entrance, by this time I was terrified and pulled the sleeping bag over my head only to hear the zip slowly being opened, by this time I was ready to scream and then I froze as I felt something grip my ankles and slowly start to pull my leg...........................

afew year ago whilst out lamping down a country road one of my pals told me to stop and reverse back as he had seen someone in the hedge, when i reversed back to see who it was and shone the lamp it was a well dressed woman crying, well we thought the worse, when we got out to ask what was wrong the woman told us she had had a aguement with her husband and he had thrown her out, this was about 3am and she had been there afew hours waiting for him to come back but he didnt, we ended up taking her to a 24 hour shopping center for her to sort something out as she lived too far for us to take her, that night that woman was that desperate she got in our motor with 4 men and dogs, some f*****g husband he was

talking to an old lad last night..he told me a tale about seeing this strange creature one night on a path in front of him (like a deer on its hind legs crossed with a human)... it apparently jumped/leaped in one go and dissapeared completely...they lamped all over the area and saw or heard nothing it just vanished silently.. i was laughing a telling him to F off etc etc..but he said ask..blah blah he was there and another bloke..so there was 3 of them who saw it..

one of them did some research when he got home and he came to the conclusion they had seen a "SPRING HEELED JACK". that was in the 1980s.

 

he said they all froze..dogs included.

About 20 years ago, myself and some friends were coon hunting late one night deep in the Ozark mountains. We drove thru a an old deserted logging camp and down a logging road deep into a hollow and turned the dogs out.

 

Soon after we could hear that they were well into a good chase followed by 'tree' barks. We begin to make our way towards them .

 

What follows is something I can't exactly explain but remember very vividly....as we were making our way down to our dogs I distinctly heard a horse blow. Sounded very near, so I quit walking and listened and looked .It was quite common for guys to follow their hounds on mules so I stopped and called thinking other hunters were out and heard our dogs tree and were coming over to check it out.Nothing, but apparently my two other mates heard the same thing . They were also shining their lights about and calling out . No response. As we became quiet , we began to hear what sounded like several horses making their way down the mountain. Very distinctly and very close. We could hear small rocks rolling as though they had been kicked loose, muzzles blowing , and the creak of saddle leather . It seemed like 10 minutes as we heard these horses with riding gear on pass. Even our dogs went silent.Eventually, it sounded like the last of them had passed and were walking down the mountain and then turning parallel to the mountain saddleback. We never saw anything...no eyes shining , no glint of saddle or bridle brass . Nothing. Soon after they passed, our dogs came trotting up and we returned to the trucks. We got to the truck and tried every way we could to explain it off.Couldn't.

 

To this day, me and the guys with me haven't been able to explain that.

me and my mate ware out after hares one morning. the best place's for them is at a graveyard not far from ware we live.well that morning we went up was about six in the morning we ware waiting till it got a bit lighter so my mate spots 2 hares at the bottom of the field beside the crematorium.so he says to me to hold the dogs and he will go round behind them and Chase them up towards me.so am standing their with my dogs and all of a sudden i hear john john john like in a whisper a turned round and side ware are you cos i thought it was my mate.the next thing my mate comes up too me and says way didn't i let the dogs go. i said that you ware calling me from behind that hedge.he said Wise up.but the thing is that my older brother died 2 weeks before that and hes buried in that graveyard.and the more i thought about it it did sound like my brother.

me and my brother where lamping 1 night walking down a country back road all of a sudden we could here 2 people arguing in the field to our right.now this stretch of road there is,nt a house for about 4 miles each side.so we stuck the lamp on in the field and there was,nt a sign of anyone.we could see right down field corner to corner and everything.any way we just carryied on walking for bout ten yards when we heard it again.this time in the nxt field by this time we were bricking it.so walking and flashing the lamp we looked in the nxt field.nothing there.now at this point our hairs on our necks where bolt up right.we turned and starting walking back up the road.the arguing was back in the origanal field.we never looked just started running down the road till we got back on a main road.till this day we have not lamped that part of the county.everyone we told just said someone taking the piss but nobody wanted to go and c for them selves.freaky...................

was out lamping a thew weeks ago as the farmer had lambs being killed. there wasnt much about when my mate looked up in the sky ans saw 3 orange dots well spaced out in the triangle after 30 seconds one of the triangles disapeared than another 30 seconds another went until they were all gone. at thirst i thought it was a plane but the dots were to far away from each other to be a plane. the next day i was reading the sun and there was a full page spread on stange orange dots people have been seeing. farmers were finding sheep with body parts missing and perfectly disected. it really shit me up, and havent seen the dots sinse.
