stubby 175
ferreting or pets, another good reason not to breed just for the sake of it Quote Link to post
8shot 192
ferreting or pets, another good reason not to breed just for the sake of it exactly what i thought if you havnt got homes for them dont breed them Quote Link to post

jigsaw 11,865
this is why i made a concious decision a few years back to buy in and not breed them again, you end up with a load of kits and scratching your head wondering how you'll shift them. Quote Link to post

That's a sensible attitude. Too much thoughtless breeding around IMHO. Quote Link to post
Maria_ferrets 0
Send them over here and they'll be snatched up.. Over here in the US lots of people want a nice English kit. I agree with the others though, why breed if you have enough ferrets already?? You'll be desprate to get rid of them and they will end up with someone who doesn't know what they are doing.. They'll be abused or starve to death. Quote Link to post
welshshrek 0
I'll take a few off you i'm already selling a litter and i could sell ten times the number i have i get arond 7 calls a day for kits. pm me if your interested. Quote Link to post
max abell 196
Sorry but i strongly dissagree with breeding just to sell them kitts can quite often end up in the wrong hands by owners who bore of them quickly when just sold to any old tom dick or harry We bred a small litter of 6 this year but they had already been homed befour they were born by myself and very close friends and if there had been 12 in the litter i still had good homes for them I understand that keepers want to breed a couple for themselfs and sell off the ones that are left in the litter but to breed them just to sell is wrong get a vasectamised hob instead please Quote Link to post
