feeding kits a whole wild pigeon

Hi just wanted to know peoples thoughts on feeding wild pigeons to 7 week old kits and mum would this be ok ?

Wood pigeon or feral? I would have been chucking them in (woodies or culled racers) whole right from day one mate that way when the kits are ready to start on meat at 2/3 weeks its already there for them.

as gnipper said kits will eat any carcass from 2 week on , whilst there still blind . no need for mince or tinned cat meat

as previously advised put the pigeon in whole you will be surprised how

early in life kitts start eating raw meat

Your certainly right there the one

killing all the fleas and any fly eggs by freezing is a real bonus

Cheers for all the replies, lol the wifes gonna have a shock when she goes in the freezer now and finds a tesco bag with 4 ferral pigeons in it) lol happy days.

That's what i do 4 pigeon's or a rabbitin a carrier bag and freeze it ,take it out the night before i want to use it and the ferrets are sorted
