Some salukis are that fast dont make the mistake of labelling a breed??

The muscle structure is different. Greyhounds have the deep muscle like the pheasant breast to give a short but impressive burst of speed. Salukis have the slim fine muscle that keeps them running all day.

So. You want short running bunnies use a grey or a whippet.

You want a longer run add in the saluki stamina

BUT please be aware you have to put a bit of work in yourself....

pure sulukis not fast enouth to catch a rabbit haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa haha :clapper::clapper: funiest thing ive heard this year the reason why some suluki's come across slow is they dont rush straight in they like to settle in before they have a go at the quarry mind you all the pure suluki's ive seen run catch rabbits for fun
