it toke me a while to i understand how you feel losing a dog its not nice atol but its how thing have to happen.i think you should work the dog i wouldent worry to much as a dog could die anytime and as it has been said i think a dog would prefer to die in a field doing what its bread for tha on the couch.what colour is your pup then butty

It's fawn and white mate, real nice dog, but then Im bound to say that, recon it's gonna be something like Millie, dont know if you ve seen her on Hancocks web site, last lurcher was beddi, dhound, gh lovely dog but I cant bare to have a similar dog, sad I know but still sheading a few tears.....

A GOOD DOG SHOULD work day or night, it is up to you how you train he/ she. I had a 3/4 grey, a very usefull hare dog and he could take the cord of the shackle net across the river, to the man on the other side of the river bank, and I learned that trick from an allround poacher, ((( who was a mole trapper, pest controller, but a great poacher, nothing better when the Sea TROUT, and the Grillse, are running, the memories of those nights money could not buy,((( the freezer was full with the best Organic, Natural food, Sea lice an all,

I love it, sounds fantastic, the thought of man and dog working in harmony is what it's all about for me, cant wait to start the training, a Year to get her reaqdy ...game on
