Guest reload Posted September 8, 2009 Report Share Posted September 8, 2009 (edited) I have run a pure ped deerhound 32" a far bit, it was from some very good coursing lines. It was a Dog and to be honest it struggled on most game, just too big for small fields, maybe a bitch would of done better. Ted walsh said "takes half the parish to turn" or someting along those lines, i dont think he was wrong. Get a bred down deerhound type if thats what you like, you wont go far wrong with a good one.
