nice pup what cross is he?

He is 3/8grey, 1/4tazi, 1/4australian shepherd and 1/8 border collie. I am a little worried that he may turn out favouring too much of the herding side of his breeding. He has a lot more bone than some of his siblings and a thicker coat too, if he turns out as good as his sire I will put him over a saluki or Tazi in a few years time. But he will have to have talent as well as looks before that happpens. The sire and dam are both good hare dogs so I am hopeful, thus far he has been the most advanced of the pups.

yea not sure what a tazi is either, but that is one smart looking pup, all the best with it!

Tazi's are central Asian running dogs similar to Saluki's but the Kazak ones are shorter and stockier than the average Saluki. The grand dam on the bitchs side was a imported Tazi from working lines(they pretty much are all from working lines in Kazakstan).
