neil r 1,844
them savage gear lures are getting a pretty good reputation . a few of my mates do well on them and they are well made too not like the wooden fox ones which the paint cracks and chips off before you even get to cast it out. if you use jerkbaits have a look for muskie mania magic makers + squirreley burts and erc hell hounds the super stalker crankbaits are well worth a go aswell Quote Link to post
poacher3161 1,766
Most of the lure fishing lads i know are raving on about the rubber fish type lures been sold in poundland after putting a decent treble on them their proving to be quite affective and dont cost an arm an a leg.atvb Quote Link to post

Guest ROUGH COATED
Nice fish mate. could you post some pics of the lure please? Will get a picture up later! Here you go,This pike was caught on the silver and blue one,Use a small bait needle to pierce through the lure for what ever size hook ,The green one is good just as it starts to get dark,You can add beeds with ball bearings inside them for extra attraction when fishing murky waters Edited June 9, 2009 by ROUGH COATED Quote Link to post
