I wouldnt feed offal as a staple mate, I give my dogs small amounts of heart, liver and tripe but the main bulk should be whole carcasess with bones (rabbits, hares, chickens) failing that chicken wings or turkey necks. I try to vary the dogs diet as much as I can so they get all the minerals they need without having to feed dry crap

Mine get raw meat and bones and green tripe. I buy them offal - heart, kidney etc - in big batches and put it through the food processor, then freeze it in little bags. I add it to their food a few times a week but not every day. My lurcher doesn't like raw kidney etc but if I blend it up she'll eat it (fussy cow). I also buy them liver, but I rub it with garlic paste and bake it in the oven then chop it up and use that for training treats - dogs will do anything for a bit of baked garlic liver

Never head of anyone feeding a mostly offal diet, I'd of thought it was too rich for them?
