timjim 43
would love to see some pics and stories of working greys, now or pre-ban, is it true what some people say about them having too much prey drive to see danger ( obsticles etc ) ? Quote Link to post

mooshka 22
Mother to my bitch..not long after having pups. In her time she has done her owner very proud... Yeh, I think a pure sighthound is more of a liability though... so just a matter of running them in safe places Quote Link to post
Paul in North Lincs 15
I had one - and it was fantastic on the lamp and had more drive than any lurcher than ive eva had.... there'ye not cut out for hard graft tho - i was so impressed with mine that i ran it and ran it - and it couldnt cope. Guest fence_hopper
i've had a pure grey bitch imported from irland about three months ago. people that have seen her working now are shocked, she's juming gates fences etc even on the lamp her recall is spot on she's catching most of the time in small fields big fields. she turns like a whippet. she's like she's been doing it alll her life, to come that far in such a short time is unbelivable for a bitch thats only seen a track could bearly jump a breezeblock when i had her and her prey drive is very heigh. when i get her going properly in the winter i will put money on her being as good as any of the best lurchers out there.
