DeanD 3
go to this site http://www.injoy-1.com/catal_1.htm According to your original post you want to use your bicycle... that may work if you have a stand made to lift the rear wheel off the ground. You'll want to put a wheel on the back with No Tire. You should be able to make a continuous loop circuit that way. All the pictures everyone is showing you is with a "take up" wheel... not meant for continuous loop systems. They work but you have to run the lure out everytime. Use your back wheel as said and just loop the string around it and keep the line a little tight so it has friction on your wheel and can drive the rope or line. If you go with a machine you'll probably want a continuous loop wheel unless you plan on walking the lure out every time and trust me you'll get tired of that the first day more than likely. Continuous loop wheels are simply a clamshell type pulley... the sst just lasts longer, keeps the line from being torn or cut, a hard plastic clamshell type might work... six of one half a dozen of the other... take your pick. You gets what you pays for.
