Funny that you should say that about the teeth but Tiger morays don't have actual teeth. What you see there is a type of saliva that solidifies when it gets into contact with water. Its hard like glass but very brittle as well so when a caught fish is fighting in its mouth, quite a few of those " teeth" can break of but after a few hours they are back again because the glands will just produce more of this saliva. A bit like growing stalactites. Mind you those things are needle sharp and can rip a dive glove to shreds in seconds when one is not careful while feeding them.

Fantastic pics Scuba1,what part of the world did you work in??Certainly ain't the North Sea as there's no fish or marine life in it!!!

 

....plenty of turds in it though! :D

I took those photos around the Canary Islands most of them of the coast of Tenerife.
