piebald ferrets

There are black and white as such , very few and far between, do you mean peibald as in random patterning or black body white head ? I did see a photo which was on a french website of a dalmation/polka dot feret but wether it was gen i don't know

Has anyone out there ever bred , seen or heard of a black and white ferret not a polecat a mean piebald as i have now bred two in two years amongst 100 others of various colours.lol

 

put a picture up to show us what you mean .

i have seen one in real life , back in 86 i got a lurcher free of a man from shirebrook, notts , called carl burdet (now sadly no longer with us) he had one that was like a dalmation, i have never seen owt like it befor or since.

 

evry one wanted to buy it , but he wouldn't sel it ;)

They are both mainly white with random black splodges just like a black and white horse and as of yet i dont have any pics but will get some on here asap. Its only been 1 in each of the litters so guess i will just keep repeating that same mating. last years jill is one hell of a worker to go with being unusual colour.

some time ago i asked on here if anyone bred stoats! i only got silly coments as i expected but some one has also posted about mink crosses ect im very interested in this subject so i await some genuin replies please? must be more than whites polecats black eyed whites ect?
