I mentioned it before during the spiderpig incident, but in light of recent threads, i'll ask again.

I'm not very technical minded or computer literate, but is there a way that pictures could be submitted for approval, before going on the forum.

Even if people had to wait 24-48 hours for their pics to clear, i'm sure people wouldnt mind.

Thanks ff.

I'm almost sure it can't be using photobucket because this forum software holds hands with photobucket to display the pics. Not sure how the attachment feature works tho but i would imagine its similar as in the software does it automatically. I would think the attachment feature could be disabled.

Forum software uses the likes of photobucket to display images so the link is stored on the server and not the actual picture which means there is less stress on the server at busy periods because a few letters in a link is thousands of times smallere than a picture.Hope this helps

Great idea foxfan after all this is a hunting site and we should be able to talk freely with friends in sport from any country. I just hope we can stop our idiot politicians from bringing in a ban like yours. Broke my heart last year when driving to the welsh gamefair to see the beautifull countryside, that ye have to sneak around like criminals to enjoy our sport.Passing through one small town i saw three near full grown foxes killed on the road, i thought theres the result of the ban on an animal with no natural predators, overpopulation.Your forefathers bred and developed the working terriers that we know and love and now our opponents think their hard work and dedication will be thrown on the scrap heap. No way lads your government is crumbling and your chance to vote in a new one may repeal that ban. Back here in Eire, lads we must stick together to make sure it never becomes law here TAKE NOTHING FOR GRANTED.
