Bryan 1,362
The idiots that insist on posting their sunday best are still being used to gain support for a hunting ban and first and foremost a digging ban in Ireland. They didn't black out their own faces, the anti's were good enough to do that for them. They've now got the support of the Irish Minister of Defense, who's a minister in the country's largest party. They got his support by sending him a video made from clips on here,THL!!! http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x8hnku_st...ireland_animals ""The Irish Council Against Blood Sports has warmly welcomed a statement from the office of the Minister for Defence, Willie O'Dea, in which we were told that the Minister "fully supports" our campaign. The heartening response came in reply to a fax sent by ICABS to Minister O'Dea this week in which we appealed for his help with our campaign against cruelty. We asked him to join our calls to the Minister for Agriculture to ban "cruel and barbaric digging out activities and the use of terriers and packs of hounds to harass, attack, injure and/or kill animals". Our presentation to the Limerick East Fianna Fail TD included a photo of an injured and bleeding Irish fox being held up by a hunter after it was mercilessly dug out of its earth."" Thanks again Lads There are guys on here meeting politicians, talking hunting up, doing their bit. Then there's guys giving it the "it's legal here" "this is a hunting site if you don't like it don't look" well boys the Anti's love it and they'll keep looking and putting your sunday best to music and making video's of ye. If hunting ever gets banned in Ireland, ye can say ye did your bit!!!!!!!! Idiots Quote Link to post

J Darcy 5,871
Bryan i have been saying it for years. But some idiots can't seem to comprehend... Your country will follow ours in whatever laws, just that your governments are just a little behind. Who in gods name video's anything that can be used against us? I havent watched the clip but i can make an educated guess as to its content. And i think it brings home the message...just because an activity is legal in Eire does'nt mean it needs to be splashed all over the net. I hope things blow over for you guys over there.....JD Quote Link to post

ginga john 268
Its how it all started over here, pics of fox's torn by hounds, pics of of young hunt members being blooded, makes it all look like a cruel and barbaric past time for a few, the trouble is its the real people who suffer because a few in our midst feel a need to show everyone the details, how many people would say that a slaughter line was kind and fluffy and animal friendly? especially if was a Halal or kosher line with no stunning, but theres no taxation benefit to the government from a few lads ( and lasses ) digging problem foxes with dogs that are made for the job, so its an easy target for anti's and so called animal welfare brigade. this is designed to pull on the heart strings of fox feeding tree hugging townies, who just happen to out number the country folk by about 8 to 1. It looks a like a trip to the emerald isle to carry out some pest control is out of the question for the forseeable future Quote Link to post
Bryan 1,362
Your country will follow ours in whatever laws, just that your governments are just a little behind. I guess , i would say our government is ahead of yours on this! not behind, same as most european governments that support hunting. Maybe if coursing in England had taken the Irish lead and muzzled coursing dogs, coursing could have been preserved, in Ireland it's supported by both main parties. We just don't need to make things easy for them Bryan Quote Link to post

But there's more than you on there Dev and i don't know all there names. So don't mind your "man enough shite" "lessons have been learned" by who, the f*cking anti's? "lessons have been learned".................horse bolted................ how about writing to the Minister? will you do that? Bryan edited to say, i posted here before replying to J darcy about hunting pictures he'd taken in Ireland, he took them down straight away, no complaints from him, fair dues Quote Link to post
