spongey growth

Has anyboby seen a growth like this befour we found it in a rabbit

we shot last night the growth looked and feel like a dry sponge the rabbit looked healthy enough

untill paunched where we found this growth and the flesh was a bit redder than normal ???

whenever I open up a rabbit, and find something that dont look great, I cut out and bin that bit, but freeze the rest, moving everthing in the freezer in rotation, so newer stuff ends up on bottom

We binned the whole thing to be on the safe side

Ive seen this in a rabbit once, it was fixed in position hard, and felt hard, like a very full water baloon. I hoofed it straight in the hedge.

I think you will find that is a buck in full breeding condition
