Fieldsporthunter 1,864 Posted June 2, 2009 Report Share Posted June 2, 2009 The ban is already dead in the water mate.Police chiefs have been told not to pursue it and to be very cautious about anti evidence since huntsman Tony Wrights appeal was succesful.Intent has now to be proved which is just too tricky.I think the CPS would be very cautious about any further prosicutions.Wins in the appeal court are very embarassing for all concerned. bollocks, dead in the water lol...... trie tell that to me who has to pay clive rys £1000 to defend me in court and i was on permision hunting rabbits.
