Guest ladyjane
What is it with whippet racing at terrier and lurcher shows?? The Sporting Whippet club and formerly the NI Working Whippet Club never had problems with anyone trying to run anything other than whippets. I can't comment on Florencecourt Jackpot, as I wasn't there, but I did win the whippet race at Moira the day before, and as far as I was concerned everything that raced was a whippet!! Even though my bitch is running well, when we had a run off of the winners at Moira, that is, overs, unders and whippet, she was a mile behind the lurchers, but that's how I would expect it to be. Looking forward to Shanes Castle, hope the weather is kind!! Janet
