ban is just a word 43
some people say the boxer is a soft show dog hmmm, i took my boxer (guard dog) up the garden with me today too check the rat traps and he absolutely detroyed the rat, it was the first rat he had ever seen! i will state he is NOT working dog and hasnt been trained as a working dog, so there must be somewere along the breeding that gives them a killer instinct, ill upload some videos tommorow Quote Link to post

natter79 17
i had boxers years ago and one in particular was like my shadow in his early years he weighed into 2 racing greyhounds in the middle of a field and out of three dog's going for it i can honestly say the boxer came away without a mark on him, his aggression levels were through the roof, as he got a bit older he returned to typical boxer build (about 24" tts and 8 stone in weight and regulary excercised), maybe over the water the boxer is of a more athletic build rather than the overweight monsters in the UK atb natter Quote Link to post

Bosun11 537
To answer your question, here is a good specimen of one My link good luck with the pups I'd be very surprised if the animal in the photo is a boxer cross, i'd bet he who off loaded it, told 'em that thats what it was for obvious reasons. My first bull cross was registered a Gt Dane/Greyhound at the vets! Quote Link to post
