Guest anonymous
I agree with most of the posts i myself have only just bred a litter and i have been working dogs for about 30 years just not wanted to because of the hassle but i have a good sound bitch and my friend has a great dog so i decided to breed to keep a pup back for the future but its a bit of a minefield sorting out decent homes for them but at the end of the day its what you have to do to try and get the best working homes for good honest dogs people who will do the right things and bring the dogs on properly however there are never any guarantees. Why do they have to be working homes? working breeds should be worked I understand your opinion im asking you why you think that is right. It's down to the genes me thinks.... You breed crap to crap, your gonna get crap. Sure you might get lucky but why not better the odds and breed from quality. Why do you think top race horses demand such expensive stud fees? If any old horse would do, why would this be? think about it. You use any old scrubber, your gonna get dissapointed. Even hitler knew that to make a super race you need to breed the best with the best but hey, I just wanted to bring the war into a post cause of D day etc lol. Quote Link to post
