If you can imagine the doo gooder of the earth, thats him. Never had a animal in his life, (apart from his wife, she is a real growler) but knows everything about them. He dont like that the dogs are kenneled, says they should be in the house at night, they have a 74sq ft kennel and run, they get walked three times a day, yes three, and fed twice a day. Yes that is two smaller meals a day. He has had the R.S.P.C.A. out, who said the dogs were fine and in good nick, the bloke is just a cock.
