Guest michaeltreadwell
How could it be the bedding if she's been on it ever since ive had her? thanks Quote Link to post
Guest jt750
Think you shudda taken her to vets before she had kits ...take her anyway she'll be fine ..tell the vets your situation she'll be in and out in no time ATB Quote Link to post
Guest michaeltreadwell
Thankyou, how long can she be away from the kits? Quote Link to post
Guest jt750
mine was away just over an hour ....kits were 4 days old Quote Link to post
Kay 3,709
I asked as i thought maybe theres no shaving on the floor & if the ferrets wading through piss it can cause irritation to the feet & skin, use shavings rather than saw dust a trip to the vets wouldnt go a miss to get something for the sore skin Quote Link to post
stubby 175
phone the vets prior to going, tell them the situation, you never know, they may do a home visit, or if you think it will take more than an hour, maybe keep mum and kitts together for the trip, stop her fretting, although theres no gurantee she'll be ok with that Quote Link to post
col g 0
john-b had his ferret to the vet last week due to a blockage in one of the ferrets breasts which got infected.he took the kitts with the mother and all were fine and the ferret was treated Edited May 27, 2009 by col g Quote Link to post
