why is everyone wanting bull crosses

Recommended Posts

most lurchermen a know are lurchermen, not bull men

I reckon your on a wind up fella................

im not on the windup mate, before a started on this site a had only heard of one or two ppl with lurchers with a bit a bull in them. ave knew lurchermen for years and none of them have had them, ave been on this site for a week and all a see is bull this bull that. crossing a lurcher with a pitbull or staffy or anything in that categorie sounds absolute nonsense. what happened to the collie greyhound lurcher, the all rounder.

HOLD ON !!!! fella you been on the site for a week???????? so how come you joined today at 2:14??????????????????????????????????????????? :rtfm::chair::chair::chair: :stupid:

so basically a bull cross is just gd for foxes and the odd rabbit. cause the only reason yous are wantin the bull is for the strengh and killing power, cause the bull isnt goin to add brains or speed

old school lurchers ect collie greyhound will beat a bull at catchin any quarry day or nite

a just canny understand it, they cant be trusted and they dnt put speed in to the dog, they must be a pain in the arse to train cause there not the most intelligent breed and all the worry of them goin to yap while chasing which likely to happen.

well mate, i don't no what bullxs you have been looking at, i trust mine with my kidds life and i also think the bitch would give hers to protect them, as for speed that depends on what out cross and how much of it you use. intelliegence, i think this comes down to the man hoo is holding the lead, if you have a thick f~@ker holding it then you have a thick dog or in most cases the dog has more up top than the bloke holding him, and as for yapping ive not had 1 yap and ive had 5 generations of them, but ive found if you start a dog to soon you will get yappers and that goes for all breeds , but like i say thick f~@kers holding the lead.

if you want an intelligent dog that chooses to only run certain rabbits ,because it knows theres no point and a dog that will stop short of the fence watching the rabbit jump away, then i suggest the collie cross. if however you want something that puts in 100% to please his master. runs everytime you ask and grabs the rabbit through the fence then prehaps a bullx would suit

dnt talk alot a shite, a wid rather have a brainy dog that stops at the fence than a dog that trys to grab it through the fence. dog will just end up injured all the time
