What a feckin day

Recommended Posts

Took my two for a mad rally round the park this afternoon always try and get them a few hours running down there every day.Started off well my wee bitch nailed a crow i finished it off and its in with the ferrets. Then the dogs mine a pals dog her boyfriends dog and another few dogs we meet all the time had been running round for nearly 3 hours happy as larry. The a womens dog flies out from nowhere attacks two of the dogs and then flies at my bitch who rapidly grabs it shakes it senseless then wouldnt let go. Pulling her like hell one of the guys there with his dog tried to help too.Couldnt get my bitch to drop it.Finally get them split up and am swiftly told by the owner whos been scrwaming keep your dogs away lol. That my dogs are vicious nasty greyhounds blah blah and her dog did nothing.Shes swiftly reminded that her dog attacked the other dogs initially and that my bitch has a hole in her face and a nasty scrape right along her throat and a few other puncture holes.Shes also limping as are 2 of the other dogs with holes in them.So apparently after explaining theyre lurchers not KILLER GREYHOUNDS lmao that they shouldnt be allowed out in public :clapper::angry: Was well hacked off was all i could do to stop myself from biting her lol.The other folks also reminded her that the dogs we had with us had done nothing then her dog had a go and unfortunatley got a really nasty kicking and poor things probably at the vets now why do people let agressive dogs off the lead

I ve tried but drives her mad.Found more holes and shes abit stiff on the leg where she has a hole in the shoulder but reckon she will live. Not too happy with the numpty women would like to speak to her again.Seemingly she is known well for that kind of crap.Normally she jumps up and down screaming according to a guy with dobe today for nothing when hes nowhere near her does it with all dogs then her dogs starts a fight then its all the opther owners fault.I hate it cos it takes forever to get my bitch to let go and calm down the other 3 where at it too and trying to get 4 off 1 aint the easiest.

The world full of them, i always keep my rottie on a lead with a halti on as i cant be arsed with the grief off people.

I get it everyday when im out walking my girlfriend GSD/Husky its all because he has pointy ears and a dark face makes no sense to me. Theres always this woman with two spaniels running around all over the place in the barley all over the road then they come over to the dogs and start. My two finish it and iv got to drag a 40lb collie cross and a 60lb GSDmix off of these dogs by myself and she is miles away plugged in not a care in the world! If her dogs get killed its her fault so she better not start! Its the same when you walk down the street people drag there dogs away from yours even if they are friendly, but know they're bog and scary and will hurt my little dog :censored: Even people with big dogs are the same a woman with a big collie mix who was off the lead with no recall at all came running over and went for my girlfriend and before I knew it the GSD was after it and coursed it right round the field with the woman screaming 'that big dog will hurt my darling' the worst he did was bark at it when it stopped

...Rant over :D

But honestly these owners are a pest and should get to learn about dogs not treat them like a child.

Thats sad, but there are many people in the world who own dogs and have absolutley no idea how to train or care for them.

I would stick my neck on the block here and say that the dog concerned doubtless came from a rescue centre and had behavioral issues which doubtless resulted in it going to the rescue ctr in the first place.

Its new owner was then vetted, to make sure that they dont hunt or fish etc or engage in any normal activity of which the insular little extreme left wing veggie shits who run the rescue ctr disaprove of.

The dog probably gets a half mile walk a day if its lucky and its behavioral issues and owners stupidity just get worse, but so long as the owners back garden is secure and it meets a few other daft criteria set by the rescue ctr idiots then thats ok.

I was out walking down by the river on Saturday marvelling at the density of the Mayfly hatch, when some airhead pensioner appeared with 2 Labradors that were running wild and dumping on the farmers crops, one of them then tried to get down a Badgers set, 'oh thats were the Badgers live' she said, he likes to play with the Badgers.

These people go through their lives like this, how they manage to survive from day to day is beyond me

Have to agree re rescue centres lol.Spoke to a few folks today who know the dog and apparently this is the norm for her dog to attack others then her to start with them about their dogs.I am still mega peed off cos the bitch is still limping a bit and cant go a walk till she fells better which will drive her mad.So plenty of chews and a few new toys to keep her amused spent a small fortune today.Havent spoke to the women which i was hoping to see her today to see how her dogs doing cos flint inflicted a fair bit of damage and the other 3 were having a pop as well.So i dread to think what damage has been done. Not the dogs fault just another example of stupidity. The problem with it is i dont want my dog thinking she has to defend herself with every dog she meets and if shit like this keeps happening thats what well end up with.

Pop them in the motor and take them somewhere nice and quiet where you can enjoy your walk without being disturbed by other people and their unruly dogs, thats what I do, it makes life way easier :victory:

You're first comment is spot on, there are many people in the world that have no idea at all, we can hold them responsible for many wrong doings from not picking up after their dogs to the dangerous dogs act that plagues many of us.

The possibility that this IS a rescue dog is a moot point and bares no point in the end result.

Maybe talk to the owner? We all had to start somewhere afterall.

If shit like this keeps happening, we shall find ourselves sent off to the naughty corner with all of our dogs - in designated walking areas only and we will just find ourselves enclosed with problem dogs, hidden away from the beautiful country we walk our dogs in.

I am hoping to see her cos id like to make sure her dogs ok and find out why her dog acts that way it may well be that its lack of being socialised cos she pancis so im told when her dog runs up to others.I dont have a car or i would not frequent the local park tbh.Rather take them to the beach or such like. Not all rescues dont rehome to working home or insist their neutered apparently if asked it can be over looked its the cat and dog homes i have bother with last time i was at the local one to me the place was a mess crap in most of the kennels and dogs really distressed and not looking that great either.Dogs put down because theyre quiet thus agressive.Im not slagging all rescues but a lot do leave a lot to be desired mainly linked to the sspca.I have noticed some dogs seems to lose condition hell of a quick and dont seem and well built as they were at first. Not all rescues help afterwards either once the dogs rehomed which i dont understand some saying dogs are toilet trained then its not.The list goes on there are rescues who do a fantastic job and look after the animals well and keep them clean but there are those that dont

Wasnt small lol was bigger than my bitch.Alsation ish x at a guess. But deffo saw who wore the trousers when its well ahead of her and out of her sight completly.I bought my dog a muzzle cos if dogs run up to her she used to snap im glad i didnt use it shes now alright with the help of a spray collar to stop her ignoring the come in command.Cos when shes in that frame of mind she used to just see red and not hear you so we have that sorted and fingers crossed this doesnt put her off.She has a slash mark on her throat holes in her neck one in her shoulder and one in her face and a few really small scuffs and what not elsewhere nothing that needed serious urgent vet treatment but her dog was different.I just want to know her dogs alrite. Its not its fault that the owner has no control.dogs have their moments like humans theyre not always perfect my dogs are no angels neither but i do make sure i watch them all the time and keep on top of any beahviour that can lead to summit else
