ponte 222 Posted March 13, 2014 Report Share Posted March 13, 2014 As I said earlier, I gave spike to my dad as a pet, come rabbiting dog A couple of years after I gave him to dad I landed in Manchester,been abroad somewhere, turned my phone on... Received a message from dad ( he was about 75 then) Spike gone to ground in a rabbit come cub earth, dad was struggling to get a mark on him. Me and fatmooch went over and had a dig prob about, as you do.. I could hear a bit of slight bumping Anyway, to cut a long story short we drop right on top of him digging on to cubs. He could have come out anytime he wanted but stayed there till we dug him out. Spike had been to ground 26 hours. Happy days Quote Link to post
