Which scope

I dropped on my feet the other day when a mate sold me his mk2 theoben for a couple of hundred quid it has a Bushnell 3-9x40 on it, i'm going to compare it to my AAs410 and then decide which one to sell, I have a Hawke night eye 3-9x50 on the AA but obviously scopes can soon be swapped over to my preference but which one would you keep, I just shoot rabbits so later on when the nights draw in some lamping will be on the cards (scope mounted Tesco torch conversion).

I realise the larger objective lens of the Hawke should draw more light in low light conditions but the Bushnell is a better quality item so how would you play it,

Take them both out into the garden at low light and see with which you get on better.
