no i didnt they have probably died out now a shame realy because the one i saw run lil he called it was a good dog by anybodys standards.atvb

an old mate of mine once took one of them to a coursing meet...they were all sniggering and laughing behind his back wondering what the f..k it was that he called a running dog... it was half the size of the big old salukiX dogs etc etc..

i wasnt there on the day to see it but apparently..they were all in shock when it made all there dogs look like they were going in slow motion...it fooked em all up..he was laughing his bollox off.

the dog supposedly whitewashed the lot of em..and no one could believe this little bag of muscle with a head on it could do owt by looking at it..

we all know these tales get twisted over the years and they become legends in thier own lunchtime etc etc... but from what ive heard and seen over the years we could do a lot worse than have a few more of that old line back into the mix..

its the same old story innit...horses for courses...these little dogs would be ideal for our only legal quarry nowadays.

 

it would be nice to see a few old pictures if anyone has any.

my dad had 1 of theas dogs in 1984 he said it was 1 of the best dogs he ever had it use to take game like it use ti drink water

it took its first buck hair at 5 month old he had it for 2 year it use to wipe all the big dogs that use to catch big game. some of u older folk from scotland might know him his name is bobby finlay he was a boxer he use to go about with billy mcalister he ran the dog all over scotland just thaught ad add this. pm me if anyone wants to know any more bout this.
