FOXHUNTER 5,021
I shot a woodpigeon last night and left it where it fell to pick later. When I returned to pick it about an hour and a half later I couldnt believe that a crow had literally picked the carcasse clean Makes you appreciate what a powerful predator these birds are !!!!!!!!!!!! steviebhoy 0
I would imagine that it was a Buzzard that eat most of it and you just happened to return when the crow was picking at what was left. Quote Link to post
FOXHUNTER 5,021
When I shot the woodie a crow was perched in a nearby tree and as I left I watched it come down to the woodie. I never saw a buzzard at all in fact I have never seen a buzzard at this location .. Quote Link to post
