Read all his reply's when ever i post he always kicks off . Grudges are a two way thing, it is not me name calling or getting my mates to help him out of his own bragging.

 

All i have asked is for him to back his claims with fact ! why is that a grudge ?

 

 

He and you don't have to post a reply, Back up claims or don't post them simple !!

You are very good at second guessing and suggesting, but short on fact as always, and obviously can't read or spell...first off, your barely hidden suggestion that Mr L has asked me to kick in at you is a joke as anyone on this forum will know, and second "I" have not sworn or abused you on this thread, I have suggested you simply follow others suggestions.

 

.....and once again let me ask, what the hell the above comments add to this thread in any way, you are simply going out of your way to cause angst, grief and conflict.

Wow you surprise me ! the one and only time you shot a fully Auto rifle and you can't recall when and where you shot ?

I can remember my first shots with a LA A1 at Beckingham range in 1978.

 

 

I can remember my first shot with a .22lr..

 

Back in the good old 1977..open sights, at umm, must be an age thing . I can only remember getting 2 bulls, the instructer behind me, "good shooting, but your at 11 o`klock,try a little lower and you will be in the BULL".

So I did. Missed by a mile. I looked behind, It was then I noticed, he was talking to the lad next to me...

 

I dont know the things you remember, and dont forget..

 

Who cares anyway, memories are for yourself, to share or even to bragg about, who`s botherd? or are we all wanna be`s...

 

 

As for the topic ...I just wish I had cause to get one in .223, but I dont see any Fox`s on my perm`s, well maybe the odd one but not worthy of running out to buy one, You see the only way I can do shooting is to justify the cost. If I dont use it often then it can`t pay for its self, so I bite my lip and say to myself, NO, now thats hard esp with the slot waiting to be used.. So my shooting is all about prone.22lr comps and Clay shooting great practice for the Connies.

So a custom job is way out the window, I recon factory set ups will out shoot 85% of the shots on this forum, so why bother or is it for show and because you can?..I have seen people splass out thousands on shotguns yet they cant shoot for peanuts..

exactly, custom, i think in a lot of cases is merely a "because I can" sort of thing, where accuracy is for accuracys sake, and you don't get much more practical accuracy, I would jave thought spending £300 on some reloading kit would get you more accuracy for your money than spending 2 grand on a custom rifle that weighs as much as you do and a barrel the size of a 55 gallon drum!
