Darlotaximum 2
I have a bull x lurcher 28tts I have just manages to put weight back on him after a bout of gasterenteritis last year. I have had no problems with him work wise he's still as fast as ever but over the summer i'm looking to build up his muscle tone. I have heard of running lurchers next to cars but it sounds a but dangerous to me... I have a push bike but don't know how long or far i should be running him and on wht ground. any help is much appreciated. Will post pics in next couple of days. I just don't want him getting fat. He does get plenty of walks but none of my other dogs are fast enough to keep up with him so he gets bored easy.
storm323 191
yess lamping fit is the best way,but its out of season so what you should do is rest him till august and then start getting him fit for the season by running him behind the bike.

surrey lass 12
take him out on a few short bike rides to get him used to the idea, and gradually add the mileage, i wouldn't do it everyday, free running and walking in between
