Guest rodsmith
dont a lot of the headkeepers get there money from tips from clients and what are the perks if that sounded stupid tell me yes,at a past keepering position i almost doubled my wage on tips.bare in mind you should also get rent free accomodation, sometimes all the bills paid,a clothing allowance plus a dog allowance etc.so you should too.7 days a week,1st light till last light.then the lamping.this job aint easy, its a way of life.most start young, then leave once they got the taste of beer and women!!
