aaron01 737
really landed in the shit here.. got the question wrong i was just wonderin should i enter my dog to fox on his own as he is 18 months now or along with another. mate i have an 18 month old dog here aswell, i plan to enter him to fox in august/sept. mine will be done single handed so he will. my own opionion is that if they cant do it by them selves then they shouldnt be doing it... good luck with your dog 18mths he is well held back show him 1 or 2 with another dog then try him on his own all the best [bANNED TEXT] i dont have any other dogs to show him with lol... i left him that long cause i didnt think he was mature and mentally ready for it i know what you mean some breeds mature faster than others i dont know if its just me but an irish terrier cross takes a bit longer to mature and a bit slower to start but once they do go they are hard to beat i have a bull irish terrier cross just turned 2 last season was his first and he had two with other dogs then i was standing with him round a bog bein flushed with hounds when he was 16mths and he caught and killed a decent vixen and hasent looked back he took 8 after that day and night so the signs look good for this year touch wood Quote Link to post
