jasper65 6
No one can touch them . with their strength in depth they virtualy have two teams, you have to give Alex Ferguson much respect for the teams selections ..... Top team again and for many years to come

Malt 379
:toast: :victory: How many of you United fans actualy live in Manchester or even the surrounding area ? The club owners are American, the manager is a Scot & most of the squad is foreign. Footballs a global game these days mate, don't matter where the fans come from. Footballs a global game these days mate, don't matter where the fans come from. Personally i think thats half the trouble with the game these days in england....we have lost our traditions....i love the game and the introduction of foreign players has made for some real eye openers as a lowly west ham fanatic !......but at what price....i remember packed grounds of 30,000 in the 70,s and ,s that had ten times the atmosphere that packed 60,000 grounds have today.......its a family day out nowadays....today theres a huge difference between a supporter and a fan......man utd have fans in london just like chelsea most probably have fans up north......a true supporter supports there team on a saturday.....a fan watches their team on match of the day.....big difference ! I see fellas down at west ham ive seen regularly for over 30 years,we all talk the same accent and all come from the same areas.......unlike a lot of these big clubs where you and the man standing next to you might not even speak the same language but are singing the same songs Anyway...times change i guess for better or worse.......cant argue with what happens on the pitch though and man utd at this time are probably the best football team ive ever seen on a consistent basis and are head and shoulders above any club in england.....fair play
border lad 1,047
How many of you United fans actualy live in Manchester or even the surrounding area ? there is something SPECIAL about Manchester united, I have supported, them since the Busby Babes, Tommy Taylor. Duncan Edwards, what a team, Denis Law, George Best, Bobby charlton, they were very special, and then onto the french Cavalier, Eric Cantona, and now ROONEY and Ronaldo, and company, What a team and then Kings of Europe, again, yes a very special place Old Trafford, ((( Sir Alex can do it all again for at least another four years, or more,

Brummy 9
Great team, Great manager but most Manure fans are tossers........... SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL TEAM It's too easy to be a Manure fan and live anywhere. If they're not from Manchester or at least Cheshire they should be ridiculed in my opinion. By that logic local teams shouldn't be allowed managers or players that aren't local either. May as well set football back another 100 years...
