Fat-Ferret 857
Get some new sprung nettle patches, Preferably where a dog hasnt thrown his leg over them....Pick the top few inches, or further down if there not too dark. Drop into boiling water for about a minute, remove and place in iced water for ten seconds, Pat dry on kitchen paper, then deep fry for a few seconds. They go well with a lot of stuff...Try ciabatta with melted cheese and then the nettles on top.
skycat 6,173
Nice one: I've made nettle soup before and I stew up nettles for the dogs: they love them mixed in with their meat.
