IanB 0 Posted July 4, 2006 Author Report Share Posted July 4, 2006 The size limit I have set per post is 500kb, for me I could add 10 images to one individual post with this and then if needed create another post with another 10... using large uncompressed image files adds to people loading time and uses unneccessary space up... so I normally resize all my pics to about 50kb in filesize...I just resize them in photoshop but if anyone wants a free program I think this is capable http://www.irfanview.com/ , don't know what size avatars your trying to upload chartpolski but the size limit is set at 40kb which is more than enough for a 95x95 pixel image...but if you wanted you could host your bigger avatar on a free image uploading site like http://imageshack.us and then just add the link in your control panel...
