hily 380
We have a place in our little team on our shoot for a gun, who must have a working gundog to shoot over and also beat with. THE SHOOT is in the scottish borders near to the town of Duns,we add 200 pheasants and 50 partridge to the wild game thats allready on the place .We shoot 8 saturdays as walk and stand + 3 or 4 days rough shooting and 4 evenings duck flighting after a walk and stand day. The bag normally consists of pheasant partridge woodcock snipe duck hare and rabbit etc. average bag is 25/30 head.the cost for this is £400.(YOU WOULD MAKE THE NO. OF GUNS UP TO TEN.)We would consider 2 half guns but both must have dogs and attend all the walk and stand days.To save all the daft questions the above is what you get for your money NO lamping foxes or bunnys NO stalking no fullbore shooting at all .You will only be able to come onto the shoot when invited i.e work days feeding up and helping put the poults to wood. The work days are not compulsery but we know people like to get involved. Please no time wasters so take note of what's in this post and all genuine questions will be answerd thanks . Can we take it you are surrounded by other shoots as it seems you shoot about 100% of the birds that you put down?

The bag doe'snt just consist of birds and we do have a good stock of wild birds on the shoot as i have stated in this post.So if you read the post properly you would not have to make any sarky coments.
