Kay 3,709
empty flower pots , a plastic storage box with some peat in it mine used to love that , empty carrier bags ( supervised play) hanging basket lined with summat , hard balls , stuff that wont harm them Quote Link to post
mattydski 560
I think it was Stubby that had a swimming pool first.........anyway, i copied it and the ferts love it. Someone also had a pair of wellies with the toes cut off, they love that too. I also lined my court with bark chips, which is about 10" deep. so they can dig and tunnel as they like. But their all time favourite play thing is an upturned dog bed, with the fury bit on the bottom... They sleep under t in the day time. Quote Link to post
sue 1
another thing they love are cardboard boxes with a hole cut in the side Quote Link to post
Cold Ethyl 63
Mine like golf balls and tennis balls. Also like the balls for pet cats with the bells in it.Lengths of drain pipe and as someone said empty carboard shoe boxes do well i usuallu hid food in or kongs filled with meat and frozen dont do badly either or a cheaper alternitive is a tennis ball make a small slit and fill with the meat and freeze takes them a wee while to work it out.Eggs as they are mine love that rolling them around for a while then eventually get bored and break it and eat it Quote Link to post
RaiderBoy 19
i have done some of the things said but it will only keep them entertained until they have eaten the egg and dug all the dirt out of the pot is there anything that people use apart from pipes that will last a while Quote Link to post
max abell 196
Another thing worth trying and they love it Is get an old football cut two 3inch holes in it drill a little hole in top and hang it on a string from the roof about 3 or 4 inches from the ground Of all the things in our ferret court they seem to love this the most Quote Link to post
