There are a few sorts about. if its anything like the sheep mesh electric fencing the bottom strand isnt electrified anyway to stop that exact problem of shorting out. and you can support the flimy plastic built in poles with y shaped branches in the crner to stop the bend Quote Link to post Share on other sites

m.hubbard 1 Posted May 27, 2009 Report Share Posted May 27, 2009 hi the electric mesh iv seen just recently had an earth on it i.e a metal spike in the grownand an earth cable from fence to spike not to sure if this stops the shorting .as the fence was touching the floor and it still has a good kick .
