Guest craftycarper
Here's one of mine, has a lockable magnetic cat flap between the two so i can seperate them which is handy for cleaning out. Just get em in one side and lock it added another floor to the extension in the next pic, and will probably add another level shortly to exercise them little legs ready for wabbit chasing this coming winter me other two hutches are smaller, but will be making a new one shortly hopefully with a big outside court. Guest craftycarper
i've had the pair of jills you see there for a couple of years now and they are yet to be worked, maybe give em a go this year. Most of my ferreting i use the albino's but as i said it may change this season Quote Link to post

Guest eddie willo
crafty carper not being funny here but there is not point in having them locks on as if some one wanted they could just pull the whole mesh off the front of thr cage mate i woul put the mesh on the inside of the door mate will post my piks soon keep forgetting to take some :11: and does any one have any advise on how to get piks on the form :11: i hve not got a clue eddie Quote Link to post
Guest craftycarper
the mesh is tacked on quite well, the locks are just a deterent to stop the kids and there friends from opening the hutches when i'm out, locks or not if someone wants to get in they'll just boltcrop em only cheap locks from £ shop. Last thing i want it to come home and find one of the kids hasn't shut it properly after showing off to 1 of there mates and all me ferrets have gone...comprende oh and by the way the mesh is on the outside as i have had ferts damage themselves on the odd occasion in the past when it's placed on the inside, it works both way's mate on the outside can be pulled off, inside can be kicked in... Quote Link to post
