robsharpe 1
Does he look like the cat who just got the cream Brilliant Rob MOLL. Excellent, well done rob,by the way has anyone ever told you that you have beautiful eyes yep molly i was like a dog with two c=#'ks ,ha :11: , we were walking down a field and just as we got to the next field i looked along the edge of the wood and saw what i thought was a chicken dont ask me why a chicken but thats what it looked like :11: , i looked thru the scope and it was two deer feeding on some leaves hanging down , so back off into the previous field and we stalked along the hedge my heart was pumping was it a buck or a doe ,evewrything was going thru my mind going along the hedge wondering if i would make the kill i had a couple of deer  but thats another story , anyway we worked to within 50 yds where i thought they were i had not seen them all the way along the stalk i lifts my head to see if they were still there ,to my joy they were a young buck and a doe i could only see the buck woodga says the buck was reaching up to get some leaves all i could see was the neck up over ,its this time that you think will i hit will i miss ,i need those antlers all my own my own stalk bang it was all over with some relief the buck fell on the grass with the doe running off over the field , i big sigh and time to contemplate ,it dont stop there after woodga gralloched it in the field i put me £50 knife down and we left for home ,so i had to run up back from work when i had finished to collect it ,big thanks to woodga for keeeping me right memories will last a long time yes phil all my boy friends say that Quote Link to post
