my mate and his bro were having a look out with the hide and asked me along, the field in question wasnt combined last yr due to the weather so therefore its been a good source of feed all winter, were only out a couple of hrs and bagged 58 pidgeon 2 jackdaws and a rook, the only sour note was when plod turned up, i said to my pal "just watch i bet plod turn up before we are done" about half an hour before we called it a day(due to lack of cartridges) plod were sniffing around my van 200yds away besides the school, then they went , then i heard them behind the hedge, but they were very nice

what height are the black dogs in the top pick, i like them alot

a mate had one about 13yrs ago, got it of gary hosker, big brindle dog 29inch, he had some wind in him and could run hares well, but was a big yellow b*****d as regards to fox, would tackle them doubled up but on his own he'd stick a yard behind all the way, thinking about it the lad was pretty heavy handed with him in his youth and that probably had a detrimental efect on him, got to the stage where he was scared of his own shadow, but great dog on longears..

nice team pal, i like all 3 of them dogs fella, enjoy.

dont think hendo will do any different than shogun, rampage, evans or machida, the reach, height difference will will be too much, i think jones will be at the top for a long time, dont think theres anyone in the division that will give him much trouble, having said that hendo is a gutsy little b*****d that wont give in

last month i had pics up of the old dog, with a lump, well the drain came out and healed up but i noticed he seemed to be straining when having a shit, and what came out didnt seem big enough to warrant all the straining and pushing, the shit its self is terrier size and kind of flat, and he pissing is very different, he has 10 or 11 small pisses on his morning walk as apposed to one great big one, ive done abit of research on line and the symtoms are pointing to an enlarged prostate, which thinking about it was probably the cause of the lump in the first place, booked him into see the vet on s

do you mean half cross mate no he means a second cross, (bull/whippet x whippet) ie, 3/4 whippet 1/4 bull a half cross is a 1st cross (bull x whippet) is 1/2 whippet 1/2 bull they'll be quicker than the half cross and less wastage

its surprizing what some of them feed to the cows, some farmers round our way feed waste potato slops out of local food factory, when i was on the hgv's we quite often pulled into south kirkby for 25t of bread, and that was taken to various farms in cumbria and fed to the cows, we used to do a bit of ratting on a local shithole and this bloke used to feed onions to his fat cattle. 28t was delivered every friday, as the winter came to a close and his silage was running out he started getting 56t a week and the poor cows were fed solely of onions, so if you butched one of his cattle you wouldnt

but doesnt natural yoghurt come under dairy products, and i was told to keep away from them he had the shits again at 5.30 yesterday then nothing all night and this morning at 7.30 he had a hard stool, so i was quite happy with that thinking we had turned a corner, but at 2pm 5pm and 8pm he,s had violent shits again, weve only been feeding him small amounts of chicken and boiled rice, and i thought weve were on the up, but today as i said he,s shitting very runny smelly greyish greeny gruel type shits, his antibiotic finish tomorrow so if he,s still got the shits tomorrow night, im going to st

well, the old lad has had it drained and a drain put in,i didnt see the vet involved, and the young nurse i spoke to wasnt in, in the morning when they worked on him and wasnt sure what the lump was, so i'll have to find out on thurs when i gan back for a check up, then the drain comes out in 10 day, old lad seems happier even if my wallet isnt, ha, cheers lads

when we returned to the vets the 2nd time they stuck a needle in and drained a small amount of clear fliud, at that stage the vet said it aint an abcess cause that wouldve been puss, the 3rd time the vet drained it completely and it was clear with a slight pinky tinge to it,thats when he diagnosed a heamatoma, but he hasnt had any sort of trauma in that area, ive been back in this morning and dropped him off, they were going to make 2 small incisions, drain all the fliud off and flush it out then sew in a drain, im going back at 2.30 to collect him, hopefully i'll find out exactly what it is/w

right folks my old lurcher has a lump on his arse, at first we thought it was his anal gland that was bloked, after examining him that wasnt the case, so we went to the vets, he said it was an abcess and sent us off home with £50 worth of tablets and come back in 3 days, went back and saw a different vet who said it defo wasnt an abcess but it was an hernia, come back in 3 days and ask for john the hernia specialist, so far im £65 out of pocket and still no wiser, went back and seen john, who said it wasnt an abcess and it wasnt a hernia, it is infact an hematoma, he drained all the fliud out

ive got a whippet with the shits, proper wild shits but the thing is he's still bright as a button, when on walks he runs around like the proverbial whippet, been to the vets and theyve gave him a steriod jab and gave me 3 tins of meat(prescription diet i/d) i was told to give him a small spoonful every couple of hours for 3 days and the jab should dry him up within 12hrs, then after 3 days gragually give him more food, well that was thursday and now on sunday he's still shiting thru the eye of a needle, everything he eats is flying out of him, whats confusing me is the way he is acting, its as

just run her doubled up mate theres nothing inferior about that,in an ideal world every dog owned by every lad on here would be singlehanded on teeth and there would be enough quarry about to graft everyone of them dogs singlehanded, but it aint an ideal world and the fact is lads run doubled for the numbers, some of them dogs will be single handers and some wont.most of the hard men on here that are quick to give advise know f**k all so i'd take most advise with a pinch of salt,as long as you dont intend lining her wheres the problem, if your happy to work her doubled up and happy to feed her
