What age do ye start allowing yere dogs to enter earths at

Thinking of getting a new pup, in yere opinion whats the best allround cross of lurcher for foxes and rabbits? i was thinking colliehound x bullhound or collie x deerhound whats yere opinion on these? any pictures of yere dogs would be greatly appreciated
