  1. i would love to own a little dog like this for daytime work it would be a cracking little bushing dog but does it ever show any interest in going to ground?
  2. Looks a fairly tall pup, what size is he mate?
  3. Nice little dog that, it's a shame the one I saw is wasted in a pet home poor fecker wearing a bell so it can't catch anything
  4. No mate but the owner did look like Quasimodo
  5. I came across a man walking a lovely little lurcher this morning while walking my two in the local woods the dog in question had a big bell hanging round it's neck when I enquired about the dog the man told me it was a border terrier x whippet three years old and he had fitted the bell to its collar because it was always killing squirrels and rabbits and being just a pet the man didn't want it killing anything. Like I said it was a lovely little dog and it was obviously very handy with a natural hunting instinct but not a cross I've seen before, has any one on here had any experience with the
  6. Any one know if these Scandinavian ones are used for any sort of hunting over there?
  7. Deer/grey x deer/grey/whippet just turned a year old starting to do the business looking forward to this season
  8. Is that a front paw? If it is it's likely the pup will lick and chew on it which will probably hinder the healing process, maybe a collar is in order as well as salt water/antiseptic treatment atb

  11. Wrong continent .. Wrong hemisphere even. TC ok then but can it pull you round the fields on a sled on a snowy night?
  12. i suppose there going to be stronger than most dogs pulling sleds about for a living but how far diluted the actual working husky blood is that we have here is debatable, nice haul that though mate
  13. Some one from my village owns a 1st x husky/greyhound it is just a pet but it looks the part similar build to a GSD lurcher got me thinking has any one had any experience with this cross? I can't personally think husky would add anything that a traditional lurcher wouldn't be better at unless you live in Siberia but it came from a planned breeding intended to work apparently!

Few month back I started a thread asking if any one had experienced a pup with pyscopathic tendencies, mine was bullying the older dog and biting me with intention I've not seen in a pup before. 20. Your pretty much right as I know it sir. There are many native species of pig to different countries like the African bush pig to Africa and the European boar "Russian boar as most refer to them here" and so on but none were native to north america. I belive South America has a native pig that lives in the rain forest but not positive on that. I personally thought that the European boar where bigger than the wild boar we have here. They look to be more fierce too lol I would love to see in person good European wild boar but i never have and never will I don't imagine. It
