  1. Objective mate, AO= adjustable objective, sorry I wasn't clear
  2. Well bugger me, superfields are some of the most consistent pellets I've had my hands on, so they must have really f****d up somehow. Take em back, ask for refund, when they say no it's time to play 1000 pellet pickup
  3. If you look at your crosshairs, you adjust the AO so the target picture is focused. If you look at the target picture, you adjust the AO so the cross hair is focused.
  4. Parallax is adjusted using the AO bud. Adjusting your parallax shouldn't change your zero. The best thing to do is to focus your parallax at the range you zero at, when you zero. But be aware that slight changes in your eye alignment through the scope at ranges other than your zero can change the point of impact easily. This is magnified by larger objective lenses and higher magnification
  5. S200's are great, don't push the shot count though mind. I had a .22 mk2 30 shots were very consistent as timmytree says don't overfill think I went to 180bar but could have been 170 get it on a chrono and find out if you can
  6. Tell you what. Just have a bash with plain white crumb, save your stale bread and put it through a liquidiser. I use it for carp in winter seems to work better than oily stuff
  7. Pistol arrived today very happy with it - thanks cc
  8. I've had a go on an lgv lovely guns like the positive barrel locking very little recoil very accurate. Probably the best break barrel on the market at the moment. Might sound silly but I enjoy the recoil from a springer
  9. Not me Rez, this was at 20M with me PS I've tried contacting a local ft club with hft course with no luck, emails and phone calls. Had a look at one further away in Pontefract but it's really a bit far from me
  10. Wow, for someone that is looking to get FAC this year this is pretty off putting. Which I imagine is part of there plan!
  11. That's bloody good going! Wouldn't mind having a bash at hft. Managed my best card at the range tonight, was atleast 98, needs to be scored yet though
  12. Just wondered what you lads if any that shoot the comps at local clubs are getting with your springers? Out of curiosity as I'm wondering what is a decent score for them? Personally the ps is consistently giving me low to mid 90's, I know the pcp boys are getting around low 100's Cheers J
  13. Fly rods. I've had a bloke xl50, lovely rod, nice medium to fast action. And an orvis frequent flyer, 9' #5, more like a #6, fast action, very responsive, a little much for dainty work on rivers but it could really lob a line
  14. Nicely done mac. I think pics don't do .177 groups justice, they always look bigger than they actually are, as the 5p demonstrates. Love my prosport, I say it all the time but you can't ask for more from an out of the box springer
  15. Aw now. What a little gem! I used to fish a wee reservoir that was left untouched, held some big numbers of perch, some were 3 plus, and the odd brown trout, then some short sighted fishing club stocked it with rainbow trout. Go figure, why would you disturb somewhere that is thriving perfectly well on it's own? Bloody humans
  16. What Neil r says is spot on, just to add to that the agm muscle jigheads are a bit better quality still cheap as chips though, the south bend wire traces are quality too
  17. I love the musky mania squirrely burts , he's one of only 3 places over here I can think of that still sells them . I've done alright on the Bucher depth raiders aswell and also shallow raiders Had a couple of shallow raiders loved the flat profile and big eyes my first lure caught pike was with a 5 1/2 ft south bend trigger grip rod with a salmo jointed whitefish in mackerel both bought from friendly fisherman caught some numbers on that combo.
  18. I remember sue being on total fishing!! Yes mackem they used to have a great catalogue I think it was called predator sold lots of fox tackle, catfish gear, lure tackle for all over the world, musky mania, rapala, storm, Joe bucher, big fork, Lindy, salmo, proper predator catalogue.
  19. Sorted now, got a bsa advanced 1-4x24 on the way
  20. Mepps spinners are trusty and faithful. Rapala, storm and salmo make very good and reliable plugs, reasonably priced. Kopyto relax are excellent rubber shads, get them from agm discount fishing. They also sell booyah spinnerbaits which are brilliant pike lures, virtually weedless.
