There's been a similar thread before. I remember 'fella' being a popular hated word. I use it a fair bit and suddenly became dead conscious of using it. LOL.But decided f**k it, can't please everyone. We all have stuff that grinds on others I guess. I've always said all that protein shake stuff was a waste of money, I drink full fat milk when I want to bulk up and occasionally mix things with it like gnasher has said, however bodybuilder I know has given me a bag full of mass gainer samples so have been using them don't think ild rush out to buy it tho, always seen mass gainer as a way to make money from people who think they will drink it on its own and become massive

I've had things like that happen to me a few times. Once, I was supposed to be going coursing with a friend a bit of a drive away in Suffolk. I got on to the motorway and had a really bad feeling. Couldn't go on. Turned round came home and my then partner went in my place: the friend was only allowed to invite one other person on his permission.That day my partner's dog got killed on a country lane coursing a hare. Yes but surely just digging a wide enough around the tree taking most of the earth around it would be more beneficial than taking the earth away from the roots to spread them out?? I had an ash sapling quite tall growing through my gravel I pulled it out and re potted it yesterday watered etc within an hour it had started to wither

Well it hasent rained for a short while yet but I might risk moving one tommrow into a big pot keep it well watered and see how it goes I've got 11 after all, will take as much earth from them as I can as pretty similar soil on both plots of land
