It wasn't easy as the hedge was tight up against a 8ft fence one side, so few purse nets where we could, long net the one side and like jok said stand in the hedge when the bolt it will turn them ? Gaz

Typical Sunday morning with jok and jac and we hit some small woods, always feels better to me being tucked up away in the trees out of sight even though we had permission to be there. Not the biggest of days but a nice morning of 13 ? All bolted apart from one little dig about 12 inches ? Cheers Gaz ?

In a way I'm glad we didn't start ferreting to late on December, bit of fun to be had left yet, I was on the pigeons tonight, back up high seat tomorrow, then out rabbiting at weekend, warm up them ovens ? Gaz -

Your kitchen has seen some stuff this winter, I've had a ruff work out so far 120 ish ferreted rabbits in 6 outings 5 fallow 70- pheasants 25 pigeons but that only really started this week Few duck and geese Said we would eat well this winter ?? Long nets are a good back up, as they take minutes to set ? Cheers men Gaz
